WARRANTIES
M.1 PERFORMANCE COMPUTER® (item) by Magden Automotive, L.L.C.
warrants that M.1 PERFORMANCE COMPUTER® (item) products will not fail under
normal use and service for a period ninety (90) days from the date
of purchase.
If your M.1 PERFORMANCE COMPUTER® (item) product should fail within the
stated warranty period, Magden
Automotive, L.L.C. will repair or replace the failed part at its own cost. To
qualify for warranty replacement or repair, the particular item must be previously registered by its owner with Magden Automotive and have its serial number label intact on the item. There are several ways to register the item; 1) on www.magden-auto.com/support and follow the on-line instructions to do so. 2) Fill out the warranty card completely in the owner's manual and either; a) fax to 949-586-3193 or, b) mail to Magden Automotive 25 Spectrum Point Dr. Suite 401 Lake Forest, CA 92630. Please see RETURNS for directions on returning your item for warranty, service or repair. The repaired or replacement component will be
returned without charge and will continue to be covered for the
balance of the original warranty period. Please note the following; 1) Installation error is not considered a manufacturer's failure. 2) Removed or defaced Serial Number labels or "Warranty Void if Removed" lables will void the warranty. This is the sole
remedy extended for this product.
The above warranty is the sole warranty, other than warranty of
title. ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
This warranty is void in the case of accident, misuse, or improper
electrical or mechanical installation.
M.1 PERFORMANCE COMPUTER® by Magden Automotive, L.L.C. will
not be liable for any loss or damage, whether incidental, indirect,
consequential, special or otherwise arising from the installation or
use of this product. M.1 PERFORMANCE COMPUTER® by Magden
Automotive, L.L.C. maximum liability shall not in any case exceed
the purchase price of your M.1 PERFORMANCE COMPUTER® product.
RETURNS
Purchase Returns
If you purchased an item from Magden Automotive (www.magden-auto.com) and are not satisfied with the item, you may contact Magden Automotive Customer Service to initate the return process. You have 15 days from date of purchase to initiate a return process and the following conditions must be met upon arrival at Magden Automotive: 1) The item is not damaged, internally or externally. 2) The original packaging must be intact and in resaleable condition, which is determined by Magden Automotive when the item arrives. 3) The item has not been opened or tampered with and retains both, intact and not defaced, the "Warranty Void if Removed" and Serial Number label. 4) The original sales receipt accompanies the item. and 5) A (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA# is on the packaging. Procedures for obtaining an RMA# are below. There will be a 15% restocking fee assessed at time of return.
Warranty Returns
If your M.1 PERFORMANCE COMPUTER® product should fail within
the stated warranty period, Magden Automotive, L.L.C. will repair
or replace the failed part. Please note the following; 1) Installation error is not considered a manufacturer's failure. 2) Removed or defaced Serial Number labels or "Warranty Void if Removed" lables will void the warranty. If an item is returned and exhibits either of the above occurences, a quote will be generated to fix, repair or replace the item and delivered to the owner. At that time, the owner will have a choice to either pay for the service, repairs, replacement or request that the item be returned without any action taken by Magden Automotive. If Warranty requirements are met, the repaired or replacement component will be returned without charge and will continue to be covered for the balance of the original warranty period. Please note that installation error is not considered a manufacturer's failure.
Return Process
You may call Magden Automotive, L.L.C. customer service at (949)
599-0301 to receive RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) or request and RMA by emailing returns@magden-auto.com. When emailing for an RMA#, please include sales receipt information, a brief description of the problem and supply a full name, return email address (if not the same as used for the RMA# request), address, phone number and best time to call.
Once an RMA# is received from Magden Automotive, it should be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please include
your NAME, PHONE # and RETURN ADDRESS inside the box and send to:
